Shipping & Returns

Items may be returned (unused with all tags intact) within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (re-shipping charges for exchanged items). Items may be exchanged once (unused with all tags intact). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and re-shipping for exchanged items. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks for any reason.

Sale Items, Bath & Body Products, Holiday Merchandise & Food Products are final sales and non-refunable. 

Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal, or at the least will be charged a 25% restock fee. Please understand that much of the inventory we order is in very limited supply. We appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges.
